The Fillmore County Planning Commission on Sept. 15 recommended that the Village Board of Exeter approve a conditional-use permit (CUP) filed by Kenny Harre to construct an accessory building on a residential lot at Lot 7-8, Block 3, HG Smith’s Addition in Exeter.
