Emergency Services Coordinator Rick Gillespie told the Pendleton County Commission on Oct. 3 that a draft lease is ready for a potential communications tower site in the Seneca Rocks area and that he has received verbal interest from AT&T and T‑Mobile to colocate on the structure. Prosecuting Attorney April Mallow reviewed the draft lease and advised only a few minor textual changes before proceeding.
