The Village of Fall Creek Plan Commission voted to recommend the Village Board approve rezoning parcels #127107403020, #127111301000, #127107403030 and #127107403040 from Two Family Residential (R2) to Single Family Residential (R1). The motion, made by Commissioner Evan Nyberg and seconded by Sheena Kaatz, "PASSED, without negative vote." The public hearing had been opened by Chair Tim Raap at 5:37 p.m.
