Consulting engineer Will Angelillo told the Cold Spring board that FEMA documented damage to the Fishkill Avenue/Mountain Avenue intersection after the July 2023 storm and that the proposed project fits within obligated FEMA funds. "This is the proposed plan," Angelillo said, describing moving two catch basins up Mountain Avenue, adding a crosswalk and connecting a relocated pipe to an existing Fishkill catch basin to carry flow downstream.
