The Clinton County Legislature on Nov. 21 authorized a Memorandum of Agreement with the Civil Service Employees Association (CSEA), Local 1000/AFSCME, Clinton County Units 6450 and 6466 of Local 884 following an executive session to discuss collective negotiations.
