The Pendleton County Commission on July 18 unanimously approved hiring Evers Turner as a full‑time 911 dispatcher and authorized the purchase of a time clock for the county 911 center. Rick Gillespie, Emergency Services Coordinator, made the requests during the meeting at the county courthouse in Franklin.
