Pendleton County Schools outline plan to finance proposed athletic facility through Building Commission

Charles Hedrick, Pendleton County Schools superintendent, and JP Mowery, the district business manager and treasurer, told the Pendleton County Commission on March 28 they are exploring financing for a proposed athletic facility that would use the Pendleton County Building Commission as an intermediary issuer of debt.
