On Dec. 11 the Ross Town Council received a project update on the Facilities Master Plan. Project Manager David Kelley summarized the preferred Concept B design, updated cost‑estimate work, and a proposed implementation roadmap that prioritizes a paramedic facility and police building as Phase 1 elements.
