Adair County OKs shared Adams-Adair engineer agreement after debate, 3–2
The Adair County Board of Supervisors approved a shared-engineer agreement with Adams County on a 3–2 vote, endorsing a 50/50 time and cost split that Supervisor Hoadley had urged be 60/40. The agreement starts Nov. 3, 2025, and can be ended within 30 days if the parties decide.
