Nick Thimmesch urged the Planning Commission to consider road fees and maintenance for Ridge Road during public comment at the Aug. 12 meeting. He said he had spoken with Matt Travis, the owner of the proposed The Ridge subdivision, and that "Mr. Travis is aware of the fees and future buyers will be as well." The board confirmed that Hay Creek Water Company will provide water to the subdivision.
