Commissioners eliminate judge's secretary post, create Emergency Management Director position

After an executive session on personnel matters, Lipscomb County Commissioners voted to eliminate the Judge's Secretary position and create an Emergency Management Director role that the county will seek to cost-share with municipalities; the court also approved a pay raise for newly certified jail staff.
