Council considered an amendment to the developer agreement for the proposed Casey’s location after the city’s engineering consultant, PTC, could not provide roadway design plans by the June 30 contract deadline. City Administrator Gensby told council the engineering teams agreed to a new date of Sept. 15, 2026, and the amendment simply formalizes that date change.
