Board reviews repairs for gutter, sidewalk and mailbox damage; proposes contract language changes

Charlie Krebs provided the Board with addresses of locations damaged by recent gutter, sidewalk and mailbox repairs and said proposals have been requested. Operations Manager Shane Willis reported proposals are in progress and that additional damage locations will be submitted for proposals from GulfScapes.
