The Fleming County Fiscal Court approved the monthly and quarterly reports submitted by the Fleming County Sheriff and the 2025 Mineral Tax Settlement, but denied the sheriff’s request for $75,000 in additional funding (motion to deny by Kerri Marshall; second by Richie Kielman). The denial was recorded in the meeting minutes along with unanimous approval of the reports.
