Administrator Kaysie Schmidt presented a Secure Transport Service License (2026‑4) for Air Ride Colorado LLC that runs Oct. 1, 2026–Sept. 30, 2029, and a related permit (2026‑9) effective Oct. 1, 2026–Sept. 30, 2027. The board approved both the license and the permit by motion.
