Chair Coffey presented the Towns Association nomination of Kayleen Rossman to the Groundwater Advisory Committee to replace Sham Anderson, who resigned his seat. The board moved, seconded and approved the appointment (23–0). Members offered no objections and welcomed Rossman to the committee.
