Council approved several work-session requests and heard councilor reports. The Regional Parks Funding Update work session was postponed to an uncertain future date. The council approved scheduling a work session on Transfer of Development Rights (TDRs) and additional Comprehensive Plan materials, specifically to review Urban Growth Areas, Urban Reserves, discretionary criteria in the WAC and parcels requested by cities for evaluation. The council also approved a time-sensitive work session on C-Tran subdistricts and added a Friends of Camp Bonneville presentation to the next Council Time agenda.
