The Chair told the board that in a recent county meeting they learned the county may be the maintainer of a local bridge and that the county engineer (Zach) had been involved in communications with a local official. The Chair said paperwork on the bridge is sparse and expressed concern about possible restrictions that could affect repairs or use; he urged oversight and suggested that the town could consider emergency funding if needed.
