The council voted to accept utility and street infrastructure installed in Pecan Grove Estate Subdivision, Phase 2. Development Services staff and Public Works reported inspections of water, sewer, gas and underground stormwater systems were complete and that construction conforms to the approved plans; the council accepted those elements while excluding entrance signage and certain common areas the developer will escrow for completion and transfer to the HOA.
