Commissioners finalize Rose settlement, award electrical and lighting contracts

The Switzerland County Board of Commissioners voted to finalize the Rose settlement per the county attorney's recommendation; Commissioner Ryan Harrison moved for finalization and Commissioner Joe Bennett seconded the motion, which passed by unanimous consent of those present.
