County staff seeks engineering firm to implement FHWA 'Safe Streets for All' grant project
St. Clair County received an FHWA SS4A agreement to develop a comprehensive safety plan and temporary demonstration projects. Staff said the award is reimbursable (90/10 split) and will require an engineering firm to deliver the project; an RFQ recommendation will be placed on the upcoming Tuesday agenda.
