The Select Board moved to create an open space committee with up to seven full members and two alternates and nominated a slate of residents for the initial roster. The chair read the committee charge into the record: “The charge of the open space committee is to develop an open space plan for the town,” including defining open space, identifying properties to conserve, developing strategies and obtaining community input.
