The Planning & Zoning Board approved a site-clearing application from Bentley Construction for parcel 083N24238001300010 (application 20260618), allowing brush hogging and selective tree removal prior to building-permit submittal. Staff said the lot was determined to be a lot of record despite its 75-foot width and that significant dirt disturbance requires board permission and later building approvals.
