Carroll County says it will open county-run facility at Camp Kysoc to replace NorthKey services
Judge Executive David Wilhoite announced the county will stop working with NorthKey and plans to open a county-run workshop at Camp Kysoc overseen by Nancy Hilton; County Attorney Nick Marsh said the program will follow Medicaid guidelines but for now would be fully county-funded.

At the Aug. 22 Carroll County Fiscal Court meeting, Judge Executive David Wilhoite announced the county would no longer work with NorthKey and plans to open a county-run facility at Camp Kysoc to provide the services previously delivered by that partner.
