Powell County awards Hinkle Contracting paving work; Pilot Road deferred to spring
The Powell County Fiscal Court voted to award Hinkle Contracting Co. LLC the paving of magistrates’ prioritized roads, excluding Pilot Road, citing available Road Fund balance and the upcoming Flex Funds. The motion passed 4–0 with one abstention.
