The board authorized the mayor to sign a memorandum of agreement with Cold Spring Fire Company No. 1 for 2026 fire protection services in the amount cited during the meeting ($147,419 to be paid in two installments), and authorized a related intermunicipal agreement with Philipstown for a $68,450 Philipstown share. "I make a motion to authorize mayor to sign the, memorandum of agreement with Cold Spring Fire Company number 1, for year 2026, amount of 147,419 in 2 core installments," a trustee stated in moving the authorization.
