The Village of Cold Spring authorized staff to prepare a draft request for proposals to bid a NYSERDA-funded solar installation project, with a $175,000 project identified as a primary scope and the water plant and wastewater plant roofs listed as preferred sites. "We earned over 300,000, to invest in municipal clean energy upgrades," the chair said in a presentation that framed available funds and eligible project types under the municipal NYSERDA program.
