Solid Waste Management will use Auburn facility for leachate when Endicott site is full
The Finance Committee authorized a 2026 agreement with the City of Auburn for leachate disposal; Solid Waste Management Director Deb Smith said Auburn would be used on an 'as needed' basis when the Endicott facility is full and cannot accept more leachate.
