The Public Safety & Emergency Services Committee of the Broome County Legislature approved Resolution #19 on Feb. 9, 2026, authorizing an agreement with the Unified Court System of the State of New York to provide funding to the District Attorney and permitting transfers from the District Attorney’s Traffic Diversion Program for calendar year 2026. The committee recorded the vote as Ayes-5, Nays-0.
