The Broome County Personnel Committee voted to accept $2,748,070.24 from the New York State Office of Indigent Legal Services for the Assigned Counsel Program for the period April 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027, and to adopt the program budget annexed as Exhibit A. Legislator K. Myers moved to amend Resolution #11 to update Exhibit A; the amendment and the resolution as amended carried unanimously (Ayes-5, Nays-0).
