The Public Safety & Emergency Services Committee authorized the Office of the District Attorney to accept and allocate Gun Involved Violence Elimination (GIVE) program funding for the 2026–2027 period and amended the DA’s 2026 operating budget accordingly. The minutes show the resolution carried with a vote of Ayes-5, Nays-0.
