At the start of the Feb. 4 meeting the Oconto County Supervised Release Placement Committee approved the posted agenda and the minutes of its Jan. 20, 2026 meeting. Scott Shackelford called the meeting to order at 11:30 a.m. Motion to approve the agenda was made by Pat Virtues and seconded by Beth Ellingson; the motion "was voted on and carried," according to the minutes. A separate motion by Ellingson with Virtues seconding approved the Jan. 20 minutes; that motion also "was voted on and carried."
