The Town of Eaton Planning and Zoning Board on April 28 adopted a SEQRA Negative Declaration for the Madison CSG 1 LLC (New Energy Equity) proposal to build a 2.18-megawatt commercial solar energy facility on Rocks Road. The project would place ground-mounted solar panels across approximately 12 acres within a 73.53-acre parcel (Tax Map 112.-1-5).
