Facilities Director Jim McMillen asked the board to approve replacement of Aaon RTU #1. Commissioner David Preisler moved to purchase the unit from Davis Mechanical Systems for $93,350.00, expensed from the capital account; Commissioner John King seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
