The Le Sueur County Board granted a Conditional Use Permit Feb. 3 to Buell Consulting, Inc. to allow a wireless telecommunication tower in the Agriculture A District in part of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 8 in Elysian Township. Commissioner David Preisler moved the motion, Commissioner John King seconded, and the board carried the motion 5‑0 by roll call vote.
