Jaelyn Scanlan reported that Julie Bulin designated Carrie Ruepert as the committee member for Emplify Health due to a scheduling conflict. Richard Heath said the County Board approved 2026 committee appointments including Tom Bitters joining as the Health and Human Services Board Representative and that Abby Huntley will fill a vacancy as the substance abuse counselor.
