Patrick Virtues, the county’s Planning, Zoning and Solid Waste Administrator, reviewed a request for an extension of time for the Public Service Commission to take final action on Fox Solar, LLC’s Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) application, which was filed June 23, 2025. County Administrator Richard Heath updated the committee on progress toward a Joint Development Agreement related to that project.
