The Town's Zoning Review Committee met June 2 and continued its review of the 2025 Subdivision Regulations. The committee decided to replace the term "Building Envelope" with "Buildable Area" to reduce confusion and selected a sample template with edits for Section 2 (Minor Subdivision Submissions). They completed a draft of Section 2 and will send edits to the Planning Board Chair for guidance on Sections 5 and 6 related to Major Subdivision Submissions.
