After a brief presentation during a public hearing, the Wahoo Planning Commission voted to rezone Dry Run Commons Phase One from Transitional Ag (TA) to C2 (Highway Commercial) and approved the applicant’s replat proposal.

The Wahoo Planning Commission voted to approve a rezone for Dry Run Commons Phase One after a public hearing and staff presentation. Kevin Anderson of JEO presented the application, describing a replat of three lots and an outlot and a proposed change from TA (Transitional Ag) to C2 (Highway Commercial). The public hearing opened at 7:05 p.m. and closed at 7:12 p.m.
