Planning Commission backs Redevelopment Plan amendment, recommends TIF support for SENAHC affordable housing
The Wahoo Planning Commission on Jan. 8 recommended a resolution to approve a Redevelopment Plan amendment enabling Tax Increment Financing (TIF) to support the SENAHC Affordable Housing Project on Lots 1–6 of Wilmer Ridge Subdivision; the commission voted unanimously among members present.

The Wahoo Planning Commission recommended approval of a Redevelopment Plan amendment aimed at supporting the SENAHC Affordable Housing Project on Lots 1 through 6 of the Wilmer Ridge Subdivision. The commission opened a public hearing at 7:01 p.m., heard from Kevin Anderson of JEO Investments and moved, then voted, to recommend the resolution.
