The Board approved a slate of professional‑conduct actions from the Office of Professional Conduct. Items on the consent agenda included acceptance of permanent voluntary surrenders and orders to revoke licenses (Nathan J. Bodenschatz; Richard L. Edie; Donald D. Phillips; Robert M. Simon; Larry‑Ray M. Stankorb) and additional disciplinary cases were considered and approved individually by roll call.
