After an advertised bid letting, Fillmore County accepted multiple bids for concrete box culverts and awarded Project C30(445) (a Liberty Township bridge/culvert project) to Van Kirk Bros. Contracting for $165,851. The board opened bids publicly and voted to award the contract following engineer recommendations and a public hearing process where required.
