Colleton County Council moved into executive session during its Nov. 10, 2025 special called meeting to discuss matters concerning economic development described in the minutes as "Project Triple Play." The motion to enter executive session was made by Councilman Johnny Frank, seconded by Councilman Steve Murdaugh, and the motion carried unanimously.
