At the Nov. 28 meeting the Carroll County Fiscal Court approved a live-streaming proposal prepared by an I-Lead co-op student. Magistrate Scott Nab moved to approve the third proposal; Magistrate Clay Cable seconded the motion, which the minutes record as passing 4–0.
