Judge Executive proposes second monthly Fiscal Court meeting; decision deferred

Judge Executive James Anderson asked the Fiscal Court to consider holding two meetings each month — a regular meeting plus a fourth‑Tuesday workshop at 4:00 p.m. intended to reduce the number of special called meetings. Anderson said he preferred to wait until Magistrate Donna Gabbard, who was absent due to illness, could participate before making a final decision. The court took no action on the proposal during the March 10 meeting.
