Powell County Fiscal Court expands alcohol license classes and sets fees
At a July 16 special meeting, the Powell County Fiscal Court unanimously approved a second reading amending Ordinance No. 18-29-06 to add and price new alcohol license types, including distillers, rectifiers, brewers and a microbrewery classification, and cited KRS provisions governing brewer licenses.
