At its Sept. 30 meeting in O—Neill, the Holt County Board of Supervisors approved a Conditional Use Permit for Linse, LLC, several zoning applications, an out-of-county meal reimbursement policy, payroll/direct deposit claims and other routine motions; a request to add part-time deputies also passed.
