Staff presented a proposal to add eight parcels (approximately 23 acres total) into the Viridia sustainable development conditional zoning (SDCZ) district. The addition would bring properties just north of I‑540/US‑1 and adjacent to the existing Viridia district under the same SDCZ standards, pattern book and environmental enhancement plan.
