Boone County approves three conditional use permits for rural parcel splits; one hearing halted over publication error
The Board approved conditional use permits to split parcels for homes for Marc and Ashley Pelster (13 acres), Braxton Shively (7.70 acres, conditional on required waivers) and Mark Jensen (5.01 acres). A hearing for Casondra and Shawn Anderson was closed because the published legal description contained an error.
