The Carroll County Fiscal Court voted to adopt an ordinance creating a Code Enforcement Board and establishing guidelines for enforcement during its Oct. 22, 2024 meeting. Magistrate Clay Cable moved to proceed with the second reading and Magistrate Scott Nab seconded; the court adopted the ordinance by voice vote (recorded as 4 ayes, 0 nays).
